    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop processes; assess opportunities for future cost optimization through automation and continuous improvement
    • Maintain templates and FAQs with help from SMEs; enforce regular maintenance of other source documents by SMEs (e.g. program guide, ASRQs, etc.)
    • Manage workflow, proactively perform required assessments, and assign resources; ensure audit documentation is complete
    • Track activity and report volumes
    • Ensure drafts are being peer reviewed by appropriate SMEs (same resources that will directly interface with client, carrier, or requestor for any follow up questions)
    • Coordinate client interaction and identify appropriate SMEs for client-facing discussions
    • Maintain updated list of SMEs by functional area (Finance, HR, technology, R&C, Legal, etc.)
    • Meet with appropriate stakeholders to ensure business needs are being met and evaluating requirement changes
    • Coordinate training of team resources

    Assess team capacity and right-size staffing and skillsets

    Experience & Qualification:

    Graduate/ Postgraduate with over 10 years of relevent experience conductiing Due Diligence process for entities.

    Fair knowledge of assessing Financial documents, information security, data protection, EHS policy.

    Good Analytical skills

    Good Team & Stakeholder Management skills
