**Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, assess their needs, and guide them through the product selection process.

Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the unique selling points of each product to customers, highlighting how they meet the customers' requirements.

Quotations and Pricing: Provide accurate and competitive pricing information to customers based on their preferences and requirements.

Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales potential.

Order Processing: Assist customers with the ordering process, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities, and specifications.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall showroom's success.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including coordination with the design and installation teams.

Product Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide insightful recommendations to customers.

Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

Follow-Up: Initiate follow-up communication with potential leads and customers to nurture relationships and close sales.

Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, tracking inventory levels, and managing documentation.

Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for design and an appreciation for interior aesthetics (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Goaloriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
