Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a team of personal loan and credit card sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Delhi/NCR area.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitor team performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their performance.

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions to ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures at all times.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.

Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Sound knowledge of personal loan and credit card products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Delhi/NCR

Salary:
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and benefits package.

Pay:
₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
