    About Company:

    Argo Solar Private Limited, is a leading Solar EPC player in the C&I segment with activities across various states in India. The company focuses exclusively on Commercial and Industrial segment working with various customers and developers. Argo Solar's projects span across UP, NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Company works with C&I customers and leading Developers in this space for various Rooftop and Ground Mounted projects.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in Solar Rooftop/C&I Project execution. The candidate needs to be electrical engineering graduate, with specific project management experience in Rooftop/Onsite Solar Sector.

    The candidate is required to be well versed with all aspects of onsite Solar Projects execution i.e – construction and erection activities, commissioning, operation and maintenance. This will require strong engineering, construction and project management focus and ensure the completion of projects in a timely manner.

    The Site Engineer will need to be an expert in execution of onsite solar systems, project management, with heavy emphasis on men and material coordination. Must be extremely detail oriented and focused on team throughput.

    Compensation: Compensation shall be at par with the industry

    Location: Various Project locations across India

    Qualifications:

    · Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering;

    · Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in execution of Solar Rooftop and Ground mount Projects is a must.

    · Competitive, goal oriented, well organized and highly detailed

    · Must be a self-starter able to work independently and autonomously

    · Excellent problem solving skills and ability to lead co-workers to increased throughput

    · Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

    · Good written and verbal communication skills required

    · Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and past employment verification
