    Description

    As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Leader with expertise in CRM and SQL to join our dynamic team.

    Familiarity with AWS Cloud and related skills will be a good to have skill.

    The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets, providing valuable insights, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.

    The role holder is expected to be hands on in the following areas:

    CRM Management:

    • Streamline lead management strategy for the growth organization
    • Vendor Management

    Data Analysis:

    • Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.

    Reporting and Visualization:

    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
    • Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions using appropriate tools.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.
    • Identify and address data quality issues, working closely with relevant teams.

    Presentation and storytelling skills:

    • Ability to create structured and well-designed presentations for consumption by the senior leadership.

    Required Skills:

    • experience required for this role: 8+ years

    Must Have

    • Expertise on CRM systems (any)
    • Expertise on querying from large datasets & analyzing data
    • Presentation and storytelling skills

    Good to Have

    • Exposure and good understanding of AWS cloud services will be an added advantage
