Job Description :

We're seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong 3-year background in Pardot, an overall 7 years of experience, and proficiency in Data Loader.

If you excel in crafting efficient workflows, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce and Pardot projects.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop and implement Pardot solutions that align with marketing and sales objectives.
• Implement and maintain Pardot assets, including email templates, landing pages, forms, automation, and leadscoring models.
• Integrate Pardot with Salesforce and other thirdparty systems to ensure seamless data synchronization and process automation.
• Customize and configure Salesforce and Pardot functionalities to align with business processes and user requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Pardot functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using Salesforce and Pardot features.
• Showcase expertise in creating and optimizing workflows for streamlined processes.
• Utilize Salesforce declarative features, Apex, automation, and Data Loader to create tailored solutions.
• Assist in data cleansing, data migration, and data enrichment projects as needed.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and operational stability within Salesforce.
• Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce and Pardot features, best practices, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to endusers on Salesforce and Pardot functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of total experience as a Salesforce Developer, including 3 years focused on Pardot.
• Proficiency in crafting workflows and demonstrating tangible process enhancements.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce workflows, triggers, and automation.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Pardot Specialist) are advantageous.
• Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using Data Loader for efficient data management.
