    Description

    Aboutthe Job : Looking for 7to12 years Experienced Business Analyst with some BA experience and the aspiration to grow and advance. This role provides you a unique opportunity to get familiar with pioneering technology and capabilities including Azure cloud, artificial intelligence, plus the integration with our Service Now environment.

    Job Title: Business Analyst Service Now

    Work Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida, Mumbai, and Chennai

    Education Background:Any Postgraduate/bachelor's degree.

    Job Responsibilities: Gather requirements, analyze, prioritize, clarify to implementers, co-ordinate UAT, sign off and post launch validations for the assigned initiative.

    • Manage partners like business users, product owners, architects, engineers, and testers effectively.
    • Respond to and handle complex issues in testing and production.
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis.
    • Connect with an international user community and help to embed our culture of continuous improvement.

    Skills Required:To maintain groundbreaking propositions and develop the next level of innovations, we need someone who is passionate about analysis, data and materialization of ideas.

    Additional Requirements: Ability to discover and describe the current state situation, understand strategic business goals, design, and articulate future state, perform gap analysis, and make recommendations to business leadership that meet goals and requirements.

    • The ability to navigate through complexity and derive simplicity.
    • Passionate about working in agile teams in a multinational environment.
    • Curious and the motivation to learn and advance.
    • Open minded personality with the can-do mindset and a good sense for pragmatism.
