What is the TA Service Representative - GSS Asia/EMEA Cust Svcs AMC group responsible for?- This job requires and individual to handle phone calls, take care of walk-ins, receive and report commercial transactions, do first level NIGO checks for all Commercial and Non-Commercial transactions, and perform all other support and regulatory functions that are required at an AMC#EXECUTIVE

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a TA Service Representative? Generating account statements and cross checking the same.

Handling calls pertaining to clarifications of processed transactions.- Dispatching redemption, compensation payments or rejection letters and other correspondence to investors and commission payments to distributors within the prescribed timelines.- Tallying of the time stamping log book.

Attending department meetings. Project work, personal development and performance review

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Education And Experience:_
  • Graduate, preferably in the commerce/ accounting / finance background, proficient in English and numerate.


  • Experience:_

  • PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office products, to include Excel and Word skills.
  • Administrative and time management skills
  • Ability to interact with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Model good work habits and appropriate use of procedures and controls.


  • Preferred:_

  • Previous branch / transactions processing experience
  • Knowledge of Indian mutual funds and regulations involved therein.


  • Licenses And Certifications:_

  • AMFI CERTIFIED
  • Knowledge, Skills,

And Abilities:
_- Regulatory and Product Knowledge

  • Problem Solving and

Decision Making:
_- Required
