    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Utilize Oracle Apps Technical skills across various modules to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
    • Develop and maintain Oracle applications using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Developer Suite.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical recommendations.
    • Implement change management tools, including source control practices and branching strategies, to manage codebase efficiently.
    • Customize Oracle applications as per client requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
    • Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.
    • Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
    • Stay updated with Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance technical capabilities and drive innovation.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Application Technical Consultant, with expertise in Oracle Apps Technical skills across any module.
    • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Developer Suite.
    • Experience with change management tools and source control practices, including branching strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
    • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Applications is a plus.
    • Certification in Oracle technologies is desirable.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
