- Lead the build-out of version 2.0 of the Cedar-IBSi FinTech Lab, along with cohort programs that are to be designed and executed throughout the year.
- Entirely execute, ideate and own the MOONSHOT program, a BankTech accelerator program that has been recently announced for a cohort of 6-8 FinTechs with a 12-week program this summer (
- Build strategic lab partnerships with MBA schools, other labs, other VC funds, government bodies, and other strategically important partners
- Build strong relationships with Founders and build a strong proprietary database of founder and CXO relationships
- Collaborate and build working relationships with multiple stakeholders within the investing team and the Cedar-IBSi organization.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7-12 years of work experience in running accelerator programs and building founder communities
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, investors, and industry trends.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives.
