Job Summary & Principal Accountabilities:
We are hiring an
Account
Director
at IBS Intelligence with a focus on business development covering India, selectively Middle East, and the ASEAN region to be based in Mumbai.
Develop a strong understanding of the existing client base and potential clients in the region.
Conduct Business Development meetings with clients in the region to potentially enhance existing client relationships and develop new ones.
Strong focus on new client acquisition and developmentDevelop proposals to sell bespoke consulting/research projects (mostly market assessment/strategy) and off-the-shelf research to clients, as well as IBSI's value-added products/databases, including Events/Sponsorships & Lab.
Target and close appropriate accounts on a timely basis. Sell primarily to senior management (director, VP, C-level) at prospect accounts.Maintain an appropriate sales pipeline to achieve quota and account goals. Maintain accurate pipeline information within IBS Intelligence's internal systems.
Achievement of sales targets (Annual and Monthly) and timely collection from clients.
Qualification and relevant experience:
MBA from a top-tier institute, 10-13 years of consulting & and business development experience with leading consulting firms.
Proven track record of sales success, client management, or consultative selling.
Ability and willingness to be a client-hunter. A self-starter with strong initiative who can work independently.
Hard working and an ability to work with international team members.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
