Job Overview:

Execution of Electrical design/ drafting/ modelling tasks relating to offshore platforms and onshore projects.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Electrical Designer with experience of 310 years in Physical Design in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas sector.
Experienced in cable tray routing, underground cable routing, grounding & lightning protection, Lighting design etc. Knowledge of lighting calculation, tray / trench sizing calculation etc.
Experienced in 3D modelling of Cable Route/Lighting/Electrical equipment with PDMS / E3D/ SP3D (S3D)/ PDS, extraction of 2D layout from 3D model and 2D layout with AutoCAD / MicroStation / Smart Sketch.
Prior experience as checker/reviwer for electrical design deliverables.
Knowledge of IEC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE and other international codes

Essential Qualifications and Education:

Associate Degree/ Diploma in an engineering related field plus 4 years of Oil and Gas EPC experience or 5 years of Electrical related progressive experience in the Oil and Gas EPC field.
Written and Verbal Communication skills
