    The Insights product is an offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint's proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e., private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals.     GUIDEPOINT INSIGHTS OPERATIONS TEAM

    Guidepoint Insights Operations team comprises of billing, sales and marketing support team. The team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all our content reaches the right audience in a timely manner. In addition, it ensures clients have been correctly billed in a timely manner.

    This team works closely with the Chief Commercial Officer at Guidepoint Insights based in New York.

    Job Title – Operations Team Lead (Billing & Marketing) - Insights

    Job Location – Mumbai (BKC)

    Job Type – Full time - Hybrid

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage a team of operations associates focused on providing billing and marketing support to the Insights product
  • Lead by example – the Team Lead is not just a manager, they do the work and are responsible for the assigned tasks
  • Marketing tasks:
  • Create and maintain relevant client lists for push marketing of upcoming events and transcripts
  • Continuously monitor client requests to ensure clients receive relevant content
  • Ensure that all new clients are onboarded with appropriate tags and added to the correct marketing lists
  • Review Insights content on a daily basis and share it with relevant clients
  • Update client preferences in CRM and ensure they are accurate
  • Billing tasks:
  • Ensure client usage is billed accurately and timely per contract terms to prevent revenue leakage and maximize collections
  • Reconcile daily client activity with billing reports and contract specifications
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations and technical teams to correct discrepancies and address root cause of errors
  • Interact with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales and content team
  • Assist with special projects on an as needed basis

    • WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum 4 years Sales/ Marketing/ Accounting Experience required
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong research skills
  • Familiarity with CRM databases
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet communicated deadlines
