    Description

    Job Description :

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a team lead - azure data engineer.

    - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in azure data technologies, a proven track record of leading data engineering teams, and the ability to design and implement scalable and efficient data solutions.

    - The team lead will be responsible for managing a team of data engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of data projects.

    Responsibilities :

    Lead and mentor a team of azure data engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.

    Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

    - Conduct regular performance reviews and set development goals for team members.

    - Facilitate training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

    - Design, implement, and optimize data solutions using azure data services such as azure data factory, azure databricks, azure sql database, and azure synapse analytics.

    - Ensure adherence to best practices for data engineering on the azure platform.

    - Stay current with azure data technologies and recommend improvements or new features to enhance data processing capabilities.

    - Collaborate with data architects to design and implement efficient and scalable data architectures.

    - Define data modeling standards and guidelines for the team.

    - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with data governance policies.

    - Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

    - Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track project progress.

    - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.

    - Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    - Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

    - Proven experience as a team lead or manager in a data engineering role.

    - In-depth knowledge of azure data services and related technologies.

    - Strong understanding of data engineering best practices, data modeling, and etl processes.

    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    - Experience with agile development methodologies.

    - Certifications in azure data services.

    - Kindly change the experience to 5-9 Years || Salary: 15-25 LPA || Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's
