    • Position Title - Lead Technical Academy
    • Department - Human Resource
    • Location - Worli, Mumbai
    • Business - Chemicals
    • Experience years
    • Qualification - BE (Chemical-preferred), MBA HR

    Job Responsibilities:

    Technical Academy: The individual would be required to:


    • Understand the business context and contribution of Technical Academy.


    • Identify Technical training needs of the Businesses.


    • Refresh the design of the Technical Academy to suit current needs of the business in alignment with relevant stakeholders.


    • Implement the Technical Academy across the Business.


    • Socialize the Technical Academy and its impact on Business with stakeholders.


    • Create Technical course curriculum to suit needs of developing successors for critical roles.


    • Collaborate with the Behavioral Training Lead to integrate Technical learning into Integrated course curriculum especially in case of Accelerated Learning Programs.


    • Digitize Technical training content to ensure quicker and wider reach of learning to employees.


    • Develop mechanisms for monitoring training instructional design, coordination, delivery.


    • Develop mechanism to assess needle movement on Technical Competencies and readiness as per success profile.


    • Measure the impact of initiatives rolled out as part of the Technical Academy.


    • Network with internal & external Technical experts to continually bring the best in class and latest learning opportunities to our employees.

    Organization effectiveness:


    • The individual would oversee effective execution of Organization Effectiveness initiatives being rolled out.

    Quantifiable Dimensions of Responsibilities:


    • Reach and impact of Technical Training delivered.


    • Rate of development of Technical Talent.


    • Strength of Technical Talent pipeline to meet business needs.
