    Description
    Overview: The role ofInvoice Processing in Mumbai is crucial to the efficient financialoperations of the organization. The individual in this positionwill be responsible for accurately processing and recordinginvoices ensuring timely payments and maintaining updated financialrecords.KeyResponsibilities:
    • Receive and sortincoming invoices and requisitions
    • Verifyinvoices for accuracy and resolve anydiscrepancies
    • Enter and upload invoices intothe accounting system
    • Prepare and performpayment runs
    • Reconcile accounts payabletransactions
    • Monitor accounts to ensurepayments are up to date
    • Assist in monthendclosing
    • Respond to vendorinquiries
    • Maintain accurate records anddocumentation
    • Adhere to company policies andprocedures
    • Contribute to process improvementinitiatives
    • Collaborate with other departmentsto ensure smooth workflow
    • Assist with otheraccounting tasks as needed
    • Adhere to complianceand regulatory standards
    • Ensure confidentialityof financial information
    RequiredQualifications:
    • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or relevant field
    • Provenexperience in invoice processing or relatedrole
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MSOffice especially Excel
    • Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and procedures
    • Excellentdata entry and attention to detailskills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage timeeffectively
    • Strong organizational andproblemsolving skills
    • Analytical thinking andattention to detail
    • Effective communication andinterpersonal abilities
    • Knowledge of regulatorystandards and compliance
    • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively
