As anOperations Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuringseamless coordination across various departments toenhance client and seller satisfaction.
Your responsibilities willinclude preparing and maintaining performance reports buildingcustomer relationships and managing communication channels. Youwill be an essential part of addressing and resolving customerissues while contributing to theefficient onboarding of new customers.KeyResponsibilities:

Coordinate Departments:
Collaborate withsourcing logistics finance and production departmentsto ensure effective communication and streamline operations forclient/seller satisfaction
2Performance Reporting:
Prepare and maintain client/supplierperformance reports and presentations to track andenhance operational efficiency
3 Customer Relationship Building:
Build andstrengthen customer relationships through effectivecommunication and problemsolving
4 Communication Management:
Manage emailsand conduct appropriate followup calls and emails toaddress customer inquiries and concerns
5 Issue Resolution:
Address resolve andrecord customer issues related to business growthbilling and general account satisfaction
6 New Customer Onboarding:
Coordinate andfacilitate the efficient onboarding of new customersproviding necessary training and support
Requirements:
1.
Experience:
Proven experience in a coordination role preferably in thelogistics and supply chain department
2 Skills:
1. Good interpersonal teamwork anddelegation skills.2. Strong working knowledge of logisticsoperational procedures.3. Basic knowledge in Excel / WMS (WarehouseManagement System).3.
Communication Skills:
Good verbal andwritten communication skills to facilitateeffectiveinteractions with internal teams andexternal stakeholders
4 Industry Preference:
Logistics and supplychain department experience preferred.
