Responsibilities_

- _Ability to understand and comprehend English language so that pre-process and process training can be effectively imparted in the WFH environment_
- _Accurately interpret the information on the documents_
- _Analyzing the information received from different input sources and taking appropriate decision/action as per the defined guidelines_
- _Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP_
- _Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA_
- _Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives_
- _Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems._
- _Assist with/perform other team tasks as required._
- _Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_
- _Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards_
- _Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met._
- _Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel_

Qualifications we seek in you_

Minimum qualifications_

- _Any graduate except B. Tech and Technical Graduation & Law_
- _Excellent comprehension along with written and verbal communication skills_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Relevant New Business/Customer Service backend operations experience in Life Insurance_
- _Should be willing to invest and learn the business level end to end process to drive business impact_
- _Preferred-prior transitions/ knowledge transfer experience/engagement to enable smooth knowledge capture/ transfer_
- _Must have experience of writing SOPs_
- _Must have experience of giving classroom trainings_
- _Effective presentation skills_
- _Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers_
- _Customer service focus_
- _Basic Computer knowledge along with minimum typing speed of 25 words/minute_
- _Insurance knowledge_
