    Description
    Due to promotion in our team we are hiringanother business development manager to take over a mix of existingaccounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you shouldbe an active listener have a compelling sales personality and havea hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls andinbound warm leads.

    Business DevelopmentManager Responsibilities:

    • Contactingpotential clients to establish rapport and arrangemeetings.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketinginitiatives.
    • Researching organizations andindividuals to find newopportunities.
    • Increasing the value of currentcustomers while attracting new ones.
    • Findingand developing new markets and improvingsales.
    • Attending conferences meetings andindustry events.
    • Developing quotes andproposals for clients.
    • Developing goals for thedevelopment team and business growth and ensuring they aremet.
    • Training personnel and helping teammembers develop theirskills.

    Business Development ManagerRequirements:

    • Bachelor s degree inbusiness marketing or related field.
    • Experiencein sales marketing or related field.
    • Strongcommunication skills and IT fluency.
    • Ability tomanage complex projects andmultitask.
    • Excellent organizationalskills.
    • Ability to flourish with minimalguidance be proactive and handleuncertainty.
    • Proficient in Word Excel Outlookand PowerPoint.
    • Comfortable using a computerfor varioustasks.
