    Description

    Responsibilities :

  • Review, manage and assign the DDQ Pipeline via Salesforce.
  • Serve as the direct day to day PB internal contact for the firm's outsourced Acuity DDQ Team who are responsible for completing due diligence, consultant, and client quarterlies, as well as standard requests.
  • Review all due diligence questionnaires before assignment and 1st drafts prior to being sent for internal partner review.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously, in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with the ability to assess and reprioritize projects based on client needs (internally and externally).
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of the firm's product offerings across asset classes, platforms, and overall investment capabilities.
  • Establish regular audit reviews with Subject Matter Experts including Compliance.
  • Responsible for managing the oversight and flow of content in Responsive and working with the respective writers and Content Database Manager
