    Description
    Full-Time Salary: 3-4.2L per annum


    Responsibilities:
    Identify and partner with influencers to amplify brand messages.
    Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
    Monitor trends to find brand-fit influencers across platforms.
    Negotiate collaborations and manage influencer relationships.
    Measure campaign impact and provide insights for optimization.
    Collaborate with marketing and content teams for cohesive campaigns.
    Stay updated on influencer marketing regulations and best practices.
    Organize and participate in events to bolster influencer relationships.


    Skills & Qualifications:
    Proven experience in influencer marketing or related field.
    Strong understanding of social media and influencer landscapes.
    Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
    Analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
    Creative approach to strategy and problem-solving.
    Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
