    Description

    The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect & generate Domestic enterprise Qualified leads through various outreach channels such as Cold Calls, LinkedIn, Email etc.
    • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the requirements of potential clients.
    • Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stake holders and influencers within target organizations.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to build healthy pipeline
    • Meet and exceed monthly, and quarterly number of Qualified leads generation targets and KPIs
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Use CRM software to accurately update lead generation and qualification activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs.

    Qualifications

    • B. Tech & MBA preferred
    • Proven track record of success in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably in the software, SAAS, CPAAS or technology industry.
    • Strong communication, objection handling and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate value proposition of the solutions.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively.
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
    • Fluency in English and one or more regional languages preferred
