    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate adult learning curriculum for workplace skills.
    • Design comprehensive learning fameworks for creating engaging learning experiences
    • Utilize advanced tools like Gen AI to generate accurate content through finelytuned prompts and scale content effectively.
    • Program manage various cohorts, monitor learning data, and continuously enhance the learning experience.

    Requirements:

    • 28 years experience in designing corporate learning programs
    • Deep understanding of instructional pedagogy
    • Excellent structured thinking and problemsolving skills
    • Deep understanding of adult learning pedagogy and instructional design principles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Candidate must be based out of Gurgaon/ South Delhi or willing to relocate to Gurgaon as the role will be officebased
    • Willingness to hustle and execute relentlessly to achieve results
    • An apparent Founder's mindset, i.e. A mindset where the person can own up to the responsibility and shape it independently like a Founder
