    JobPurpose

    • Providedaily process engineering support necessary for all Qatargasoperated facilities to ensure safe reliable and efficientoperations.

    JobContext & MajorChallenge(s)

    • Operatesin technical environment with interface with multiple internal andexternal stakeholders.
    • Required to contribute tomultidisciplinary tasks while providing expertise in specialisedarea.

    KeyJob AccountabilitiesI

    • Supportdaytoday process surveillance activities in compliance with QGMSASV L3 process Perform Plant Facilities Surveillance for all QGassets to ensure safe reliable and optimum production including ofpreparing and issuing the surveillance report/recommendationstroubleshooting and timely escalation of threats and deviationsfrom surveillance monitoring activities .
    • Monitor the systems &processes efficiencies to help improve asset performance andprovide advanced and long term engineering solutions in compliancewith the existing procedures and operating manuals.
    • Provide Process Engineeringsupport to EMOCs other process engineering studies for the assignedarea and conduct the assigned EMOCs and AIR.
    • Participate and contribute in FRAsRCFAs RS HAZOPs HAZID and other assessments to address processsafety and reliability issues.
    • Provide shutdown support torespective asset including shutdown scoping/planning for processrelated activities .

    KeyJob AccountabilitiesII

    • Participatein engineering callout roster for assets to address Operationsrequests for afterhours process engineering support asrequired.
    • Participate andprovide input in regular Operations meetings (e.g. daily operationsmeetings ALT meetings SHE committee meetings etc.) to addressOperations inquires requiring Process Engineering Support.
    • Communicate regularly withProcess Engineering Lead to provide updates and highlight the keyissues to ensure proper management support.
    • Support preliminary analysis/designto process engineering project queries.
    • Support the annual business planassumptions data for Corporate Planning department in compliancewith Annual Business Plan Assumptions Procedure and submit therequired data on time manner.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelorsof Science degree inEngineering.

    Knowledgeand/orExperience

    • 4years engineering experience in an oil and gasenvironment.
