    Description

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Service Management.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
    • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
    • Handson experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

    Chennai/Bangalore.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes and workflows.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
    • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, web services, and scripting languages.
    • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, assisting in their professional growth and development.
    • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices to continuously improve our implementation.
