    Finance Specialist

    As a Finance Specialist focusing on execution, you'll oversee daily financial operations and transactions. Your role involves implementing financial plans, managing routine tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency to maintain smooth financial activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day financial operations for entities in South Africa, India, Singapore, and UAE
    • Handle Timesheet, Customer Invoice, and Payment management ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Prepare and file Tax, GST, and VAT returns promptly
    • Oversee Expense Claims, Wages & Salaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Establish transparent relationships with stakeholders and CAs across regions
    • Produce precise financial reports and manage cash-flow while adhering to accounting standards
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies and due diligence actions
    • Demonstrate problem-solving skills in unexpected financial scenarios
    • Execute growth strategies
    • Improve financial systems and technology

    Requirements

    • 3+ years experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational environment
    • Contract staffing experience is advantageous
    • Ability to adapt to changing business landscapes
    • Strong attention to detail in financial reporting and compliance
    • Expertise in tax management, including GST, VAT, and local regulations
    • Familiarity with financial systems and compliance technology

    Qualifications & Certifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
    • Intermediate CA or equivalent certification
