    Description:

  • Monitor and ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
  • Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process.
  • Maintain and update SOP's / documentation to comply with ISO standards.
  • Ensuring adequate peer / subordinate reviews are conducted as per process requirement.
  • Drive Cross training to back up % for critical work.
  • Regularly maintain and update dashboards for the team SLAs.
  • Reporting for team SLAs to the internal / external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that request are processed within the agreed timelines.
  • Positive VoC/feedback from the stakeholders.
  • Managing audit requirements

    • What you need to have:

  • Commerce Graduate with 7+ years of work experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and knowledge of macro .
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with multiple formats of data & large volumes of data.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must have worked on applications.
  • Must be keen to learn.
