    Job Responsibilities

    Creative Direction and Execution:

    Lead campaign planning and ideation for diverse brands.

    Manage 2-4 junior creatives, offering direction and feedback.

    Collaborate with business development for creative pitches.

    Client Interaction and Presentation:

    Present creative plans to clients, ensuring brand alignment.

    Maintain proactive client engagement for project success.

    Quality Assurance and Recognition:

    Uphold award-winning creative standards.

    Ensure quality and integrity in creative outputs.

    Collaboration and Coordination:

    Coordinate internally for seamless project execution.

    Provide visual direction to the design team.

    Efficiency and Timeliness:

    Break down briefs for junior creatives, ensuring smooth workflow.

    Set practical timelines, balancing creativity with client goals.

    Research and Awareness:

    Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, and trends.

    Stay updated with industry developments and online platforms.

    Client Engagement and Solution Provision:

    Understand client requirements and develop creative solutions.

    Present solutions, solicit feedback, and drive finalization.

    Digital and Social Media Expertise:

    Monitor social media for trends, informing team members.

    Develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives.

    Campaign Execution and Analysis:

    Create engaging campaign content across digital platforms.

    Utilize analytics for continuous improvement.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    Proven experience in creative direction and client servicing, preferably in an agency setting.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    Proficiency in social media platformsand digital trends.

    Ability to multitask,prioritize, and meet deadlines.

    Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred).
