- Responsible for partner onboarding, building and maintaining active relationships with existing OTA's, Hotel brands, and Chains around the globe to ensure client satisfaction
- Act as the single point of contact for all inquiries, technical issues, finances and other requests from partners.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and design business goals.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand partnerships with existing hotel accounts.
- Collaborate internally with different teams like Marketing, Data and Integrations to develop customized solutions and propose it to partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual profitability and sustainability.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, training sessions, and support to hotel partners to ensure optimal utilization of our platform or services.
- Design the commercial strategy, build revenue models, business analysis and bid management
- Day-to-day performance monitoring and analysis to grow share of voice (click share) with campaign optimization for CPC accounts and optimization for maximized return for CPA partnerships
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and hotel partners, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Working closely with the Operations and Finance teams for prompt reporting and payments from accounts and resolve any billing disputes
- Minimum 4 years experience in Digital Marketing and/or Analyst and/or Account Management Role
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
- Working knowledge of web analytics is a must
- SQL or equivalent, ability to work with big amount of qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong written and spoken English and preferably Arabic communication skills
- Ability to network effectively in conference or trade show environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work to meet partners
- Confident in working with multi-cultural and cross-countries teams and partners
