    Description

    We are inviting financial planning enthusiasts to join us in a dynamic set-up for overseeing the planning, forecasting, and analysis of revenue streams within the function.

    What you'd do in this role:

    1. Lead the planning and forecasting process for revenue streams, considering market trends, business goals, and historical performance.
    2. Develop and maintain management reporting and analysis frameworks to provide actionable insights to the business.
    3. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities or threats.
    4. Design and create reports and dashboards to visualize key revenue metrics and performance indicators.
    5. Implement a robust predictive modelling framework to provide pre-emptive support for critical business transactions / situations with financial exposure.
    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and refine revenue forecasts and analyses.
    7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of revenue planning and analysis activities with business objectives.
    8. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in revenue planning and analysis.

    Desired candidate:

    1. CA -2010/11 batch with 10 to 12 years of experience in revenue planning, forecasting, analysis and implementation of revenue analytics frameworks preferably from Telecom background or any service industry.
    2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and statistical analysis.
    3. Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    4. Excellent communication, presentation skills and must have managed team-size of 5 to 6 members in previous experience.
    5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes
    6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
    8. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
