    Description

    Job Summary :

    Business Development Executive is responsible for developing accounts and maintaining the momentum of opportunities through the pipeline. Increases the value of current customers while conducting market research to identify new markets and customer needs. Identify and analyze high-level customer requirements and inform them about relevant solutions.

    Experience :

    We need branch service executives, experienced in handling cashier/FD/Locker/Welcome desk counters.

    Responsibilities :

    • Build relationships with prospective clients.
    • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
    • Manage sales pipeline.
    • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
    • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
    • Sales - (Cross-sell Bank's and Third party products) & overall branch operation activities.
    • Experience in Handling Cashier/FD/Locker/Welcome desk counter.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry.
    • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.

    Notice Period :

    Immediate Joiner / on Notice period / maximum 60 days.
