- Develop and implement a strategic plan to reach out to coaching centers and colleges in PAN India.
- Conduct informative sessions and presentations to promote the programs and offerings of Pune Institute of Business Management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at coaching centers, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with educational institutions to enhance student engagement and enrollment.
- Generate organic leads through the sessions and follow up with potential leads to convert them into enrolled students.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support business development activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including leads generated, conversions, and feedback received.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with potential partners and clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the education industry, particularly in Pune and surrounding areas, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
