    Job Title: Business Development Executive

    CTC - up to 6 LPA

    Location: Pune Institute of Business Management, Pune, India

    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Pune Institute of Business Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to coaching centers and colleges, conducting informative sessions, and generating organic leads through these sessions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential partners and clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement a strategic plan to reach out to coaching centers and colleges in PAN India.
    2. Conduct informative sessions and presentations to promote the programs and offerings of Pune Institute of Business Management.
    3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at coaching centers, colleges, and other educational institutions.
    4. Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with educational institutions to enhance student engagement and enrollment.
    5. Generate organic leads through the sessions and follow up with potential leads to convert them into enrolled students.
    6. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support business development activities.
    7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
    8. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including leads generated, conversions, and feedback received.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
    3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
    4. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with potential partners and clients.
    5. Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Knowledge of the education industry, particularly in Pune and surrounding areas, is preferred.
    8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
