    Description
    Werelooking for a strategic and customerfocused Product Owner to joinour software development team You will be the champion of ourproduct ensuring it delivers exceptional value to our users andaligns with our business goals. In this Agile environment youllclosely collaborate with engineers designers and other stakeholdersto bring your product vision tolife.

    Requirements

    • InnovationLeadership: Drive innovation and oversee endtoend productlaunches.
    • Crossfunctionalcollaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams andstakeholders.
    • ProductVision: Shape the product vision strategy features andprioritization.
    • AgileExpertise: Deep understanding of Agile processes andprinciples. Provide vision and direction to the Agile developmentteam and stakeholders throughout the project creating and refiningrequirements.
    • SCRUMLeadership: Lead SCRUM teams effectively as the ProductOwner.
    • RequirementsManagement: Translate product vision into clearrequirements andspecifications.
    • Prioritization:Plan and prioritize product backlog and development. Assess valuedevelop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to align withproductstrategy.
    • MarketResearch: Conduct market research and analysis to informproductdecisions.
    • CommunicationSkills: Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
    • TechnicalProficiency: Strong working knowledge of relevantsoftware andtools.
    • ProjectManagement: Proven track record in driving endtoendsoftware delivery. Lead product release planning and manageexpectations for delivery of new functionalities. Actively addressimpediments affecting team completion of release/sprintgoals.
    • Independenceand Collaboration: Ability to work independently andcollaboratively exhibiting leadershipqualities.


    SkillsRequired:
    • Education:Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT or Computer Science; MBA with asolid understanding ofIT.
    • Experience:10 years of proven experience in analytics systemsdevelopment and projectmanagement.
    • Agile:Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies (ScrumKanban) and their application in softwaredevelopment.
    • Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the abilityto translate data into actionableinsights.
    • Tools:Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoftapplications and application lifecycle management tools such asJIRA Asanaetc.
    • Abilityto translate product vision into requirements andspecifications.
    • Proficiencyin requirements modeling techniques andmethods.

    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenuegrowth in the international B2B market. Identify and prospectpotential clients globally, focusing on key industries and targetmarkets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing andprospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understandingtheir unique business needs. Conduct thorough market research toidentify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunitiesfor business expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment ofsales strategies with overall business objectives. Deliverpersuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase thevalue proposition of our products and services to potentialclients. Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricingagreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customersatisfaction. Work night shifts (specified hours) from our officelocation, coordinating with international clients across differenttime zones. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regularbasis, consistently driving revenue growth. Stay updated onindustry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities toidentify areas for improvement and innovation. Provide regularsales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the managementteam.
