    Roles and Responsibilities:

      • Optimize software for scalability and performance.
      • Conduct code reviews to ensure standards are met.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Enhance development processes.
      • Lead initiatives for better workflows.
    • Communication:
      • Explain technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with other teams for knowledge sharing.
    • Documentation:
      • Document code, design choices, and processes comprehensively.

    • Training and Onboarding:
      • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
      • Share expertise to foster team growth.
    • Skills and experience:
      • 4+ years experience in backend development, ideally in a microservices environment.
      • Strong skills in NodeJS and TypeScript.
      • Knowledge of relational (MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
      • Expertise in problem-solving, data structures, and algorithms.
      • Experience with queuing systems (Kafka/RMQ) for scaling.
      • Proficiency in using caches like Redis.
      • Test-driven development experience (unit and API testing).
      • Basic understanding of DevOps, particularly AWS.
