    Description

    Summary:

    We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our team and play a vital role in managing our key accounts. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients across various sectors, including large corporations, government agencies, and strategic partners.

    Responsibilities

    ● Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts within the IT solutions and services domain.

    ● Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth, client retention, and maximize account profitability.

    ● Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and identify opportunities for delivering customized IT solutions and services.

    ● Foster strong and trusting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

    ● Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

    ● Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

    ● Oversee project execution, working effectively with internal teams (technical, sales, support) to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

    ● Track and analyze account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.

    ● Stay up-to-date on the latest IT solutions, products, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

    ● Participate in developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to specific accounts and target markets.

    ● Contribute to the generation of new leads and business opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    ● 5-10 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role, within the IT solutions and services industry.

    ● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

    ● Strong understanding of the IT solutions and services landscape, with a focus on products and technologies relevant to large enterprises and government organizations.

    ● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    ● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.

    ● Exceptional customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.

    ● Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

    ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    ● Experience working with large corporations, government agencies, or strategic partners.

    ● Understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities faced by these client segments.

    • ● Proven ability to identify and close large deals.
