    Position: Technical Lead LLM -AI

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design, Develop, and Implement solutions to improve LRN's virtual assistant capabilities, with a focus on LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI.
    • Incorporate multiple LLM models to enhance enterprise images/videos automation.
    • Assist to improve search engine over modalities like text, videos, images.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy features for LRN's products.
    • Job includes bug fixing and improving application performance.
    • Work closely with data scientists and business stakeholders to modify data into information and knowledge for business consumption
    • Proactively work with the team for planning and achievement of technical goals as well as participate in the creation of deployment plan for releases
    • Communicate with project managers, business analysts, product owners, and Architect Council to assure alignment on timing and priorities of technical project, and technical product deliveries
    • Support team to identify and remove technical impediments. May require to be hands on with coding to achieve it.
    • Coach the team through the process assuring a process of continuous improvement
    • Participate and lead technology discussion in impact analysis of any functional/non-functional requirements working along with Architect council.
    • Proactively work to mitigate security vulnerabilities in the project.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven Technical Lead experience and skills in , Angular
    • Experience in Generative AI, and LLMs and its multiple use cases.
    • Good to have experience in AI, Machine Learning, NLP technologies.
    • Knowledge of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
    • Preferred development skills in Python, Java or other programming languages.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for technical challenges.
    • Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
