    JOB TITLE: Technical Lead - Search

    LOCATION: MUMBAI, INDIA

    ROLE: Technical Lead with a team handling experience of 2+ years.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ● Designing and developing scalable solutions.

    ● Working closely within/cross team and mentoring juniors

    ● Coming up with the best approach from a list of solutions

    ● Maintenance, Upgradation and Monitoring of the system

    ● Taking ownership of the project from initial design to the complete deployment

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputed college (The CS degree is good

    to have but should not be a requirement. Relevant experience in the same field can also count

    towards eligibility)

    ● 4+ years' experience in building Search applications

    ● Knowledge about SOLR and have worked with Search related projects

    ● Strong technical knowledge related to NLP, NLU, Transformer models, named entity recognition,NER models, BERT, spell correction, phonetics handling, token based matching, vector search and search ranking.

    ● Experience with leading projects in search relevance

    ● Strong CS fundamentals, problem-solving skills, data structures and algorithms

    ● Worked with highly scalable system design, architecture and technology selection related projects.

    ● Experience in a microservices architecture is a plus

    ● You are comfortable working with a dynamic team with rapidly shifting priorities

    ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
