    Job brief :
    At MEDWIN, we prioritize the act of enriching customer interaction over everything else. We are looking for the skilled tele-callers to join as a customer service representative.

    The ideal tele caller should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard which generating leads during the conversation.

    Responsibilities :
    Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the service. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and service. Maintaining the customer database updated. Maintaining a record of calls and notes of useful information. Accurate processing of customer or organization needs. Create and maintain paper work or documentation based on the telecall conversation. Strictly adhere to organization guidelines and methodology while tele calling.


    Requirements :
    Strong communication skills and command of English language. Able to speak any south Indian language or Hindi will be an add-on advantage. Graduation under any department. Good negotiation skill. Data entry skills to complement the tele-call work. Ability to switch the communication style based on the conversational hints. Ability to resolve issues.
