    Job OverviewThe Collections Analyst role will be responsible for managing the day to day collections operations. This role reports to the Lead, India Collections.

    ResponsibilitiesPerform collections analytics using various collections productivity matricesSupport in running in house digital campaignsSupport in maintaining relations with collections agenciesAgency performance management - performance reporting, QA and training of agencies/ callersMaintain relations with collection agencies by monitoring and communicating their KPIs regularlyMaintain and update collections SOPs on a time to time basisInitiating and implementation of collection strategies to improve overall productivity

    RequirementsMust haves:1+ years of experience in collectionsDeep understanding of excel and data analysisGood communicator and a team playerGood presentation skillsPassionate about improving processes and taking initiativesGood to have:Experience with FintechSQL knowledge
