Purpose:

Manage theOpen forging 810 Tons ( Single Piece) with associated facilitiesfor Materials CS Alloy SS Duplex materials for our ForgingFacility.

He should have a pleasingpersonality.
This role requires maturitypatience and high level of objectivity.
Hewill be responsible for leading the Forging team consisting a teamof supervisors Forman and ForgingContractors.

Since this profile is versatilehe is also expected to ensure implementation of prevailing systemsand procedures and strive to adopt good Practices with an eye forprogressively improving the Bottom line and Top Line aswell.

He will be reporting to CEO as HOD (ForgeShop)

a. PlantOperationsb. CustomerQualityc. Business Volume Enhancement NewProduct Developmentd. Project Planning forNew Plant/Factory SetUp Industrial Management System and BusinessDevelopment.e. Accountability of Shiftoutput Quality Uptime of Machine Productivity andPerformance.f. Ensure best Forging Practicesin the shop.g. To implement the lean processof manufacturing.h. Troubleshooting inForging Shop and Analyse and make CAPA.i. ToEnsure best results from supporting departments ( Maintenance Toolroom Etc).j. Preparation of forging drawingswith optimised allowance for standards and specialcomponentsk. High level ofintegrity

BE/ B.Tech / DMEb.


Industryexperience / Exposure :
Preferably Small & Medium Forgingindustry minimum of 4 Years for BE/B.Tech or 6 Years forDMEc. Excellent Communicator English /Hindid. S.M.A.R.T in all hiscommitmentse. He should be well networked inthe industry for new businessopportunities.

Desirable:

Forging backgroundb. Experience of Workingwith Organization eg CHW L&T BHEL Bharat Forge etc as aHead of Forge Shopc.
