The company was established in 2017 and has worked extensively in Digital experience, Data engineering, DevOps engineering, AI/ML with Product companies across US and India. We are spread across multiple domains from Banking to Fintech to Cybersecurity to Insurance to Telecom. Some of our Key clients are Google, Boeing, and Cisco in North America, and product companies such as Thought spot - A search and AI-driven analytics platform, Open Financial - SME Neo banking Fintech, and Color Token- Zero trust cybersecurity solution provider in India.

    Requirements:

    Role: SA

    Location: Navi Mumbai

    EXP: 3-7 years

    Note: Looking immediate Joiner- 15 days

    Position Overview:

    • Advice, Design, Develop or Enhance the in-house SAP Architecture
    • Provide technical project management for SAP installation, platform/datacentre migration, upgrades, vulnerability patching and deployment support
    • Perform daily monitoring and provide necessary actions/advice to ensure the high availability of critical areas with regards to database and application servers
    • Perform preventive maintenance activities, role creation, modification and full trouble shooting
    • Carry out SAP Transport migration
    • To implement SAP Client copy, OSS notes, kernel patches, support packages, add-ons, and SAP component upgrades
    • Perform SAP Database administration and support data migration activities
    • Monitoring User sessions, work processes, update records, lock entries and client copies
    • Respond to and resolve tickets on technical issues related to SAP Platform within defined SLA's
    • Manage and monitor Storage, backup and restoration process
    • Responsible for Monitoring, reporting, and controlling server usage
    • Perform SAP Licensing- identify inactive user, user classification and prepare system measurement result for audit team
    • Responsible for closure of compliance paras related to SAP infrastructure
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
    • Able to work with diverse team, spread across multiple geographical locations. Good with technical documentation, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and within agreed deadline.
    • Aligning the application with bank IS policy and data centre requirements

    Requirement:

    • 3 to 7-years of relevant experience
    • Experience in Previous SAP implementation(s) is a must
    • Experience required in enhancement and management of SAP environment (ECC, BW, DMS, Solman 7.1 and 7.2 NetWeaver 7.5 Portal, Web Dispatcher, Solution Manager 7.3 and S4HANA) based on Oracle, HANA and Sybase database.
    • Further experience is required on following:
    • Operating System (Unix/Linux, Windows Server)
    • Storage and Backup (Symantec NetBackup, EMC, TSM)
