- Define operations problems and identify right metrics, lead and lag indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in planning discussions & make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to drive desired business outcomes.
- As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Sales and Finance to improve operations health.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into digestible and actionable format
