    Job Summary:
    Space-O Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales person to join our team in Ahmedabad.

    You will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

    This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within a technology-focused environment.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for driving results and building strong client relationships.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
    Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
    Source leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
    Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.


    Required Skills:
    Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
    A consistent record of achieving significant sales targets and expanding business opportunities.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and satisfaction.
    Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
