Position Overview:
Radhey Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of CRM. As the Head of CRM, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty across all stages of the real estate lifecycle. You will lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and maximize business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business objectives to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
2. Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze customer interactions and touchpoints throughout the real estate lifecycle to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and satisfaction.
3. Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data to gain actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
4. CRM System Management: Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and management of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
6. Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize segmentation strategies to identify high-value customer segments and tailor marketing and communication efforts accordingly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
10-15 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with CRM software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
