Nutritionist (WFH) - WNTN

Provide coaching activities for patients in care including:

Understanding & co-creating patient goals & objectives.

Providing patient counselling & sharing educational content on the condition.

Nudge patients to adhere to their medication, exercise routines, follow up with doctors on time, and follow any treatment plan given by their doctor.

Nudge patients to input their data on Company app.

Understanding any medical symptoms, modifying plans, and referring patients to the doctor when needed.

Directing patients to doctors as and when required.

Create diet plans for patients of different caloric needs, local regions, dietary restrictions.
Understand client requirement on exercise to be taken as a basis doctor recommendation.
Track participant progress, assess coaching methods that work leveraging data analytics.
Actively engage participants through telephone and inapp chat.
Reach out to free users to demonstrate how the Company paid program can help them.
Top performing coaches lead the nutrition team going forward including managing a team of coaches, handling complex patient cases, conducting quality control, training etc.

Key Skills

Experience with medium to large participant load at a time (100+ participants/coach).
Preferably working with people who have medical conditions / special needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech savviness (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word)
Good English communication Must.
Experience in teleconsultation Must.
Outstanding patient management skills.
Compassionate and friendly personality.
Critical thinker and problem solver.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working as a Nutritionist
Good interpersonal skills.
The ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.
Teamwork skills.
Administration skills.
Good health and fitness.
