    EXPERIENCE :
    4+ years


    We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a robust background in Computer Vision, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Legal Language Modeling (LLM).

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing cutting-edge solutions that leverage machine learning techniques to address complex challenges in the legal domain.


    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Lead a team of junior machine learning engineers specializing in OCR and NLP, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
    • Gathering information from various data sources, preprocessing, and deriving insights from data using opensource programming.
    • Performing exploratory data analysis, preprocessing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data.
    • Developing machine learning and deep learning models and finetuning them to meet business expectations.
    • Integrating and deploying ML models into productionlevel code.
    • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate machine learning components into our products and services.
    • Staying updated on the latest advancements in machine learning, computer vision, OCR, and NLP, and applying them to solve realworld problems in the legal domain.
    • Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance and support as needed.

    PRIMARY SKILLS :

    • Proven track record of 4+ years of experience in machine learning, focusing on computer vision, OCR, and NLP.
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
    • Indepth understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and transformers.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed computing frameworks.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex technical
    concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


    SECONDARY SKILLS :

    • Familiarity with OCR libraries and tools such as Tesseract, OpenCV, or similar.
    • Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).
    • Publications in toptier conferences or journals related to machine learning, computer vision, or NLP.
    CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED (IF ANY) : Any domain, technology certification is an added advantage
