Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, lesson plans, and course content to ensure they align with the latest Java technologies, best practices, and industry standards.

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Java programming, covering both fundamental and advanced concepts.

Hands-On Exercises: Design and supervise hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce theoretical learning.

Assessment and Evaluation: Administer assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Individual and Group Training: Deliver training to both individuals and groups, either in-person or through virtual training platforms.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Java programming and related technologies to ensure training content remains current.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar).
Proven experience in Java programming and software development, with proficiency in both basic and advanced Java concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in virtual training and the use of training platforms is a plus.
Java certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE Programmer) are advantageous.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
