    ExperienceRequired: 5 8years
    Role&Responsibilities:
    • TechnicalGuidance: Provide technical leadership to a team ofexcellent software engineers; making complex design decisions andleading by example.
    • Execution andDelivery: Instill and follow good softwaredevelopment practices ensuring timely delivery of highqualityproducts. Adapt agile practices to business needs with a constantfocus on product quality.
    • TeamManagement: Responsible for hiring and mentoring theteam fostering career growth and providing prompt clear andactionablefeedback.

    IdealCandidate:
    • Technicaldepth: Strong technical competence to architectdesign and code with experience in building and operating webbasedapplications. Knowledge of multiple technologystacks/languages/tools.
    • Executionability: Focus on timely delivery with high qualityfamiliarity with multiple software development practices andtools.
    • Education:Degree in Computer Science or related field with strongunderstanding of objectoriented programming concurrency andcomputer sciencefundamentals.
    • ProblemsolvingSkills: Strong problemsolving skills data structuresand algorithms with handson experience building and runninglargescale systems.
    • HandsonManager: Involved in coding code reviews design andarchitecture reviews. Previous software industry experience of 6years with 2 years in dedicated Engineeringmanagement.
    • InterpersonalSkills: Strong interpersonal skills to drive roadmapexecution across different geographies product and functionalteams.
    • Datadriven:Experience crafting products powered by data and insights with afocus on metricsdriven successcriteria.
    • Cloud Experience:Deep understanding of building cloudnativeapplications on either AWS Azure orGCP.

    Preference:Candidates with experience inproductbased companies shall bepreferred.
