    Description

    We are seeking a talented and experienced US SOC Audit Manager to join our team. The US SOC Audit Manager will play a key role in leading and managing SOC engagements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Engagement Management: Lead and manage SOC audit engagements from planning to completion, including scoping, risk assessment, testing, documentation, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor on SOC compliance matters, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and managing expectations effectively.
    3. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor audit team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
    4. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of SOC standards (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3), relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., SSAE 18, SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria), and industry best practices, and apply this expertise to guide clients through the audit process and identify opportunities for improvement.
    5. Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses of clients' control environments, identifying control deficiencies, weaknesses, and areas of non-compliance, and collaborating with clients to develop remediation plans and strategies.
    6. Report Preparation and Presentation: Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized audit reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to clients and key stakeholders, and facilitate discussions and decision-making.
    7. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies and procedures throughout the audit process, maintaining documentation integrity, audit trail, and confidentiality of client information.
    8. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging trends, developments, and changes in SOC standards, regulations, and industry practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance audit methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
