    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Urban Space. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for various HR tasks and activities, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. They will collaborate with different teams to ensure effective HR operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    Qualifications
    • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
    • Knowledge of HR Policies and best practices
    • Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Relevant certifications or degrees in HR or related field are beneficial
